Photos of Leaked PJs for TM or Tenney Grant

What appears to be a pair of cute, pink pajamas leaked on eBay recently. It looks like it could either be for the Girl of the Year 2017 (rumored name Gabriela) or for the new Contemporary Character (rumored name Tenney Grant) coming out next spring. have added it to the Master List of Leaked AG Releases. ^_^

This is really different from the usual style of PJs American Girl puts out for their modern line, which makes me think it's for a character, namely the new Contemporary Character Tenney Grant. However, you can see the AG ego tag on the lower right side of the shirt, and that has been used for Truly Me items before so we can't really rule anything out right now. ^_^

I think this is a really cute pajama set and I do like the print of the white vine on top of the checked gingham. Just based off these two photos, it looks like to me the front pocket is a working pocket. However, I don't think the buttons are working buttons and it most likely closes in the front with velcro, which is easier for younger hands. ^_^

Upcoming New 2 Piece Swimsuit for Truly Me

It seems like the Truly Me line will be receiving a new swimsuit next summer! Photos of this upcoming outfit leaked on eBay recently and I'm assuming it is for the Truly Me line due to the distinctive long oval ego tag American Girl has been using for the line. It looks like the outfit will be a two piece swimsuit and come with plastic sandals, a headband, and tube of "sunscreen". 

You can see the opaque AG ego tag more clearly here on the bottom left side of the top piece. The colors and print are very bright and tropical, but from the leaks so far, it looks like that's the direction AG is going for next year.

Tube of "sunscreen." I am assuming it is all one piece of plastic and the lid does not screw off.

All together, I think it's a cute swimsuit set, and I like that it might come with something extra like the sunscreen. But I have enough swimsuits as it is, and this one is not outstanding enough for me to desperately want it in my collection. ^_^

New Outfit for Possibly Julie or Modern Girl Tenney Grant

As the flood of leaked outfits continue, we have photos of another outfit that appears to be either for the 1970s Beforever character Julie or for the rumored new Contemporary Character Tenney Grant coming out next spring. I have added it to the Master List of Leaked AG Releases. ^_^

I love the detail of the embroidery on this top! The style is generic enough that I think it can be used for multiple time periods, including for a modern girl. 

I'm almost certain these are decorative buttons but I love the cat stitching detail on the pockets. If the leaked grey cat does turn out to be for the new Contemporary Character Tenney Grant, then I can see this outfit being for her to go with the cat-lover theme. ^_^

These clogs look similar to some of Julie's shoes, and the flower embroidery on the tips match the design on the blouse. 

eBay grey market sellers are notorious for mixing pieces from different outfits together so there's no guarantee these shoes go with this outfit, but my gut instinct is they go together. 

This is a super cute outfit and the individual pieces could work for a lot of different time periods as well as mix and match with other outfits. Whoever it ends up being for, I think this has safely made it's way onto my want list. :D

Leaked Cat for GOTY 2017 or Contemporary Character

A few weeks ago, a cute kitten popped up on eBay with the American Girl ego tag stuck on it's tush. There are a lot of possibilities who this kitten can be for, with the main guess being that it's for either the Girl of the Year 2017 (rumored name Gabriela), or the new Contemporary Character (rumored name Tenney). The wonderful Traci was able to purchase the leaked cat and sent us several photos to share here. I have added it to the Master List of Leaked AG Releases. ^_^

The arms and legs are not jointed, so most likely not for the Truly Me line.

I think it could be a Maine Coon cat, from the size, but I'm not familiar with cats overall so that's a complete shot in the dark guess. ^_^

I'm glad AG is using more cats. I'm not a cat person and am a big dog lover, but many many many people have cute, fluffy cats and it's nice that AG is acknowledging that. I hope that they'll be do other pets to, aside from the standard dogs, cats, and horses they love so much. Still keeping my fingers crossed for an AG goldfish. ^_^

Another new leaked outfit and another clue Felicity will be re-released in the near future! Now on top of her books being reprinted in the Beforever format for next February, and the leaked photos of her undergarments, photos of this new blue and gold gown popped up on eBay. I love the colors of this gown though actual cut of it looks pretty simple. 

Similar to Elizabeth's light green summer dress, the gold underskirt doesn't look like it is a separate dress, and will just be a piece if fabric attached to the sides of the blue over skirt.

Standard socks. Meh. Not exciting but necessary. 

These buckle shoes looks a lot like Felicity's original meet shoes! XD

Overall I love the colors of this outfit! I was always a bit sad that she didn't have much blue in her original wardrobe aside from that stunning Christmas dress, and the gold compliments it very nicely. I'm disappointed that the gold underskirt isn't a separate piece but not really surprised as it would make the outfit more costly and AG hasn't done that for any of Felicity's later outfits.

I've been so busy with my rotation hours at the hospital this semester that I haven't been able to post near as much, but this new leak is too exciting not to share! 

Back in August, we found that the 1774 historical character Felicity's books would be reprinted in the new Beforever format to be published next February, and rumors flew that the doll herself would come back from the American Girl archive. A few days ago, Gabbie sent us the link to what appears to be a new underclothing set for Felicity and it gives more evidence that we may very well see our feisty Revolutionary War era girl come back! I have added it to the Master List of Leaked AG Releases. ^_^

First and foremost, aside from the excitement that it looks like Felicity will be re-released, I am about to roll to Mars and back with giddiness that AG is still making historical underclothing! It looks like this set will have an undershift, laced stays, and a bum roll. 

I'm going to start with the bum roll, because honestly, why wouldn't I? :D This piece was never originally part of Felicity's collection the first time around. And yes... I did have to look up the name.

Felicity's old under garments also included plain white stays, and it makes me happy to see she's getting pretty new stays! I can also see a lot of people using this for steampunk outfits too. ^_^

The shift looks like the standard shift that AG used to include with the Felicity and Elizabeth dolls.

I told myself to not get my hopes up when I saw the information leak about the reprinting of Felicity's books but it's too late, my hopes are UP! :D I really hope AG brings her back for a short stay, and from the looks of this leak at least, it seems like AG is going to spruce her wardrobe up but still stay true to her time period. ^_^
